Location: This home is located in Maroubra, Sydney, close to the prestigious coastal town of Maroubra Beach. With open sea views and an abundance of natural landscapes, the location of the project dictates that the rooms are designed to take into account the natural climatic conditions of the beach.

Furniture Style: The overall style of the furniture is modern and simple, with obvious simple lines and refreshing colors. Due to the beach culture and leisurely lifestyle, the home design also incorporates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The tones are mainly neutral gray, white and beige, highlighting the comfort and high-end feeling of the room.

Materials: In a geographical environment close to the sea, the choice of furniture materials is particularly important. For this project, Homebridge purchased a lot of durable and easy-to-maintain furniture to adapt to the high humidity and salt spray at the seaside. The kitchen uses stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, which can not only resist the erosion of the seaside environment, but also highlight the high-end texture of the modern kitchen. The sofa and bed are made of durable fabric materials with fine texture and easy to clean.

Solves: Furniture selection is based on simple and modern style, with gray, wood and white as the base, through a small amount of red, blue and other accent colors to increase the level of space. Dining room and living room furniture focus on functionality and comfort, and through the natural lighting and wood materials to enhance the overall sense of brightness, gray bedding and velvet material-based, with blue cushions as an embellishment, giving a sense of low-key luxury.
